My money is on the body mount. I have the same thing on mine. Turn the stereo up loud enough and you might not notice it.

Body mount is more of a creak, sway bar is clunk or knock. Both sounds come from the feet general area but the body mount is almost at the toes of your outside foot, drivers side being left foot. I loosened my body mount up and squirted with fluid film from the inside and it is quiet now, don't know for how long though haha. Energy suspension took care of the clunk prolly 7-8 years ago and it's still quiet.

If loose enough the body mount will also clunk...

If I may ask, what were you doing?
Did you have an area lifted off the frame or the entire body?

Did you replace body mounts when you reattached?

Had the 6.0 studded. Shop did work. Did not replace mounts as they were unavailable at the time. Oems were out of production and no aftermarket option that I could find. Energy now has a kit though.

Don't know why some do that, there's plenty of room to do that job on our 6.0s... The more you mess with the more that can go wrong...

Yes you do John, when I purchased the beast she leaked from the front of engine. When I had her bulletproofed I had that taken care of
