I see that the cross member for the transmission has the center cut out and that may explain why you had to fix the frame. My recommendation is that you make a drop out cross member to connect the two ends.
Also, think about offsetting the engine and trans towards the passenger side to get more header clearance for the steering. Moving those an inch or two will save you a lot of grief later.

Looks good but I would inspect that Johnny law Helix junk very closely before using it, myself I would toss it. Lots of posts on the net with junk welds and control arms welded out of shape. Do a search on Helix, Johnny law, and the other Hoffman Group divisions of Chinese parts. You may want to reconsider.
I have looked very closely at all of it and to my untrained eye all the welds look exceptional.

Did you change over to a carb or use the FI? My brain hearts trying to figure out the fuel delivery and sending unit to include the vapor recovery and rank pressure. Not sure how to go about this. I have a mid year mustang tank I was going to use in the back of the frame.
