So I'm fairly new to diesels. I just got this truck to stay running yesterday, after lots of research. Turned out it was the fuel injection pump solenoid. So we got it rolling down the road, but it shifts real hard into 2nd, and will not shift past that. I can manually shift it or in D, same effect. Like I said reverse does work, no issues. I've done a little bit of research, but nothing with my specific problem. Thanks in advance for your feedback!
