1992 No Start

Hi all, I have a 1992 F250 460 backed by a e40d with a crank no start issue. I do not see spark at the plugs, rotor cap or coil. So far I have checked/done:

Fuses good
Around 37 PSI fuel rails
11.78 volts at injectors
Unplug map, no avail
Ignition coil replaced, no avail
TPI replaced, no avail
Battery ground is good
No air restriction
Full of oil
Coolant is full
New battery recently
EEC relay was swapped with other relay under dash
Newer plug wires
Timing chain is not snapped
New distributor
Check to see if it had codes, reading all systems good

I'm about to lose my mind and really need this truck running. I could really use an expert on these trucks help, thank you

Could be the ignition module. Most parts stores will test them for free.

Im not sure if this applies to your truck but sometimes a bad computer will cause a no spark. Unplugging the spout connector bypasses the ecm's control of the spark timing and the spark will return and be stuckat base timing.

Yes it would apply to his truck.

What relay under dash did you swap? I have no knowledge of one being under the dash.

The EEC power relay will not stop spark if the SPOUT shorting bar jumper is pulled out.
