Engine bay wiring pinouts?

Does anyone have a link to good wiring diagrams for the engine bay and also the rear window/third brake light?

I'm taking out all the wiring in my Bronco right now and want to know what each plug goes to specifically. I'm not too worried about the firewall plugs that are bolted in (and go to the computer/dash harness). There are a few plugs that are on close to the firewall on the drivers side fender near the fuse box. Some are round and some are square. There are about 5 on my truck, but one looks like it may be an aftermarket one.

I am unsure of what these control. I believe they are C110, C103, C149 and C105 on this diagram:

That diagram is for a 92, not 96, but I'm sure it's somewhat similar. The new engine bay harness I have (95) only connects to 2 out of those 4 plugs, so I want to know what I'll be missing.

Also, I'm not sure if F series trucks have the same wiring for the third brake light as the Bronco, and I know they don't incorporate the rear window wiring so if someone has a diagram for that, that would be amazing!

Okay I decided to take a picture mid writing this post to show which plugs they are as well.

The one on the far left is what I think may be an aftermarket plug, but the other 4 are what I'd like to know what they go to.
