This morning at 8 on the dot I was able to book what looks to be the most PRIMO spot on an end at South Carlsbad State Beach for Columbus Day weekend camping.

Yippee I Yay!! Tried last month for a September trip but wasn't able to get in.

Can't wait!!

Later today the Excursion is going to get a nice bath after it's work taking us camping last weekend.

 

I'm passing on that one. My wife is interested, so I may lose.

My boys want the new Tesla. Too bad we didn't buy stock in them or maybe we could afford one!

Ya, with the parks reservation system, you have to have all worked out, staged, and hit "send" at 8:00 on the dot, using a time source that's exactly set to the second.
Sometimes you win, sometimes not.

 

We've all been here before in the 'hills, but what a nice day this week to wander around with snow cover in the background.

Hello California folks...

 

anyone know of a shop that rebuilds torque converters?

i have one id like to reuse but i know nothing of its history...rather pay a little bit and have a good aftermarket converter to use than pay the same or more for a new stocker. and trying to avoid buying a new aftermarket torque converter.
