Thanks. I'll be watching for them.
With the 350 SRW's numbers being so high, I'm giving new thought to bagging the 450. I did the math the other night. 450's increased cost, new power tonneau, winter tires/wheels, and new wider plow plus increased registration/insurance/inspection the first year. Total cost over a SRW 350 = 14 grand. I like spending money and new stuff, but that's a big nugget for something I don't even need...

I'm glad I didn't jump the gun and order a F450. With a 19K gooseneck rating and the slight increase in RAWR, the F350 SRW is a monster. (Ignoring the GVWR that is.) I've convinced myself that 22'4" isn't that long and a 57'+ turning circle isn't so bad either
I also noticed that the 925 ft-lbs of torque is from 1800 - 2000. @ 2000 RPMs the engine is making 80% of its full power (350 HP) - outstanding!

Hitch: 150 lbs
People: 550 lbs
Wood: 250 lbs
Pin Weight: 1350 lbs
Total: 2300.
If I leave the wood at home, I'm right on the money.

That's only part of it. I might have gone 350 even if the numbers weren't that good. 14k is a lot of coin when my current little truck does so well with my RV. Honestly, if I didn't need a bigger back seat, I likely wouldn't be upgrading at all with only 40k miles on my truck...

Not as bad as that forced GM option.
