Josh - thanks again for letting us see these. They are a great marketing piece from Ford, because it makes me really want one.
One thing I noticed and liked are the upgraded mirror clearance / turn signal repeaters in the mirrors. Ford basically invented the mirror clearance lamps and it took GM until 2014 to finally copy it - I think it makes the truck look much more imposing at night, and is a useful feature on tight roads. That being said, GM's latest large, all LED mirror lamps look more impressive at night than those on the current Super Duty. However, this video reveals Ford has upped the ante with the ones coming on the 2017 Super Duty. Just a small thing, perhaps, but it helps sell trucks.
Finally, the frame. The tail section of the frame doesn't appear to be any "taller" than the current tail section. Granted, it is boxed, but still...for the loads in play here, I wish it was a little taller.

The frame, as a whole, is larger. The section under the cab is a good 1.5" taller than the outgoing setup. As to the tail section, it is larger and "appeared" wider than the current setup. If it's taller, it's only just a tiny amount taller.

Push to start is nice - it is on my Wife's Lincoln. Blows the horn at you if you walk away with the vehicle running and keys in your pocket. Much better than obnoxious chimes when the door is left open. Lincoln has push button (electro switch) transmission control on the dash. I am getting used to that and it might be nice in a truck. One less obstacle to catch the shirt cuff on but no place to hang clips, seals and scrunchies.

Thanks - I thought maybe the section under the cab looked taller. I'm sure it will be a great frame resulting in a tighter ride and less "flex" when Howie tries to do a Chevy vs Ford tailgate bending video again.

As for push button start, I'm not terribly impressed. We also have it on our Lincoln, although we still have a gear shifter in the center console (MKS EcoBoost).
The part I hate the most is having to push the brake pedal before the vehicle starts. Turning a key is quicker. Since most Ford / Lincoln products have the keyless door code access, there is no advantage in being able to walk away with the vehicle locked and running, because you can already do it without push to start. I love that feature. Granted, on the Lincoln, you just swipe the keypad rather than enter a code, but pushing the brake is annoying.

* How they can send all the different cab and bed configurations down the assembly lines with all the other options (gas/diesel, Lariat/XL, etc) and everything somehow comes together to be at the right place at the right time. Then after you get it figured out, they throw an Expedition/Navigator in the mix! It is incredible to see man and machine work together at that scale.
* Quality control. EVERY vehicle went through a very thorough test before it was deemed "ready to ship". I'm sure the next videos will show it.
I spent the entire first day at KTP in awe. All the stuff I was amazed at would allow me to write a 500 page novel.
