Door weatherstrip 84 E350

Looking for replacement door weatherstrip for my 84 E350. Mainly needing the sliding cargo door and the rear doors. Where can i find these parts?

I know I saw a recent post about weatherstrip issues here? Amazon has various weatherstrip products, mainly universal type stuff but might work.
