I thought I would bump this back to page one for those of you that may have missed it. I'm getting really excited to finally meet some of you FTE folks face to face. I think a lunch and car show will be the perfect ice breaker for us California guys and wives. Who knows this year sharing a meal and enjoying a car show, will open the gates for a muti day event next year again who knows. Anyway I'm very grateful to Dan for putting this event together by himself. Bring your truck if it runs, or the DD if it doesn't, just come if your able.

Truck show
Let's see if I've got this right? There will be a truck show during the day on our meeting day and there will also be a small truck show on the afternoon or evening before our meeting, is this correct? I would enjoy coming and meeting some other old time hot rodders. Will be attending if my Cherry season is finished.

Our Nor-Cal FTE get together (Mini-Truckstock) now has a confirmed date of June 4, 2016, in Lincoln CA at 11:30 AM.
The venue has been changed to Pizza Round-Up at 2270 Nicolas Road, Lincoln Ca.
The previous venue became too complicated so, I switched to this pizza joint, a more relaxed atmosphere. We have a room all to ourselves and the resturant has most all of the normal pizza joint foods available.
We will be two miles from downtown Lincoln, which will be in the midst of their annual car show from 9:30AM to 3:30PM.
Shoo, underthebridgejim, truckeemtnfords, 1bikenerd, and F250Rob have confirmed that they will attend. There is a large list of members that showed interest in this meet-up when I sent out the first post on this subject.
If you are interested in attending please let me know. I am interested in a head count only. All are welcome to attend.

Take I80 (from the north or south) to HWY65 - north to Lincoln. Take the Ferrari Ranch Road turn off - turn right on Ferrari Ranch Rd. - go about a mile and turn left on to Joiner Parkway. About two miles you will come to Nicolas Rd. -Turn left on Nicolas Rd. Then at about a mile you will see Pizza Round-Up on the right.
There will be plenty of room to park your trucks.
Anyone wisshing to come early or stay overnite, Thunder Valley (just south of Lincoln) has a large hotel and Friday evening there will be a small car show from 4-9 PM.
There are many affordable hotells in the Rosevile, Rocklin, and Linoln area.

Wow , if someone chose to stay for a night or so. they could get a room at Thunder Valley (or one of many other close by accommodations) on the 3rd. That way they could attend the "Thunder Valley"car show (drop a few quarters in the slots if you enjoy that sort of thing), then on the 4th, meet up with all the FTE gang for lunch followed by attending the "Downtown Lincoln" car show. Yikes that sounds like it would be a pretty good time for someone coming from further away.
