Newbie here with question
Hi Fellow Ford Folks,
We have a 2011 E350 v-10 that wont allow us to perform state inspection on because of certain monitors wont pass. Im sure this has come up here many times so please forgive me if Im repeating old posts .I tried performing all of the actions to satisfy the drive cycles and still no good.
The evap, ho2s , and cat monitors wont pass. There are no fault codes present. Maybe a Ford tech here can steer me in the right direction.
Thanks in advance for any help,
Tony

It is probably an OBD1 system that is not Federally required to comply with OBD2 standards so a lot of the monitors are "turned off" in the PCM. If your state (like California) absolutely requires it to be OBD2 compliant to pass emissions testing then that truck is never going to pass without a lot of modification.
