48-52 Window Lift Channel

Did anyone replace the window lift channels (#13) on their 48-52? I'm not sure of the condition of mine in the truck but need to change out the glass which is broken. Which ones did you try and would you use them again? Or search for some stock ones to use?

Moe I ordered one from LMC with the #14 liner. I just did mine on both doors and it worked great for me

Turns out (unfortunately) im gonna have to replace mine as well. Thought I could use the existing ones but whoever changed my windows to auto apparently changed the lift channel as well. The hole size is completely different from the new manual cranks I just got from Dennis Carpenter. Looks like im gonna stop by and visit them in a couple weeks when we go down for the Auto Fair at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

Ill keep ya posted if you don't make the move before I do.

Just a little tip. When you replace the lower window pieces put them in with 3M weatherstrip adhesive (item 15). If you try to use the little clips you will end up drinking an excessive amount of beer and screw them up anyway. Just a tip you can do what you like.
