I am in need of some fellowly advice on my 2000 7.3 f250 SD 2wd

II just b bought this truck I've had it now for a month the engine runs great couldn't ask for better transmission on the other hand was great was driving it Grand good performance good pulled over part put in park set for about 5 minutes what was Island way to take off at the end and transmission was slipping through one two and three And over Drive when started acting up the RPM's even started acting funny in the truck I put it in the Transmissions Trout Run Diagnostics on computer computer any codes or any diagnostic problems so what I was wondering what's the difference on the 4r100 transmission in the F-series and E Series with the7.3 diesel Ben in Auto industry my whole life girl with a wrecking yard for God's sake that's where I learned my math skills and went to college and everything I've been out of the game for a little bit on the mechanical just bought another diesel it's not the first one I have owned but I'm pretty sure about the wiring harnesses and Fords and Chevrolets and a lot of stuff will interchange will plug and play if you go with the same couple year models within the same body styles not always but most of the time I need a transmission for this truck and company that I got the truck at once charged me $700 to 1650 out the door that's what they quoted without even tearing into it to find out what's wrong with it not really a bad price I would think I've had a lot of Transmissions rebuilt 350 turbo 400 Turbo C6 Ford Transmissions normally cost me a thousand to fifteen hundred bucks just for those Transmissions 4 stock rebuild they only cost me $150 I will pull out and put in these folks are charging me 400 for labor pulling one and put one in which not out of contacts I don't think everybody charges different not mad about that but would like to save some money cuz I'm a poor country boy if I can get a transmission Ford E-250 rates the same transmission as the F-250 for 500 bucks and just pay them the 400 to put it in that is what I'm going to do because those vans pull heavy loads and they're heavy asses around 2 just like them big trucks do you know I don't see why it wouldn't work either truck I know wiring harnesses of the same computers in the same they're just flash different because one of the van and one of the truck the Vans flash different because of the fact it's a top-heavy vehicle and shouldn't be running over a hundred mile-an-hour speed

After reading it twice, I got that the OP bought a truck a month ago, it's a great truck, but the transmission has problems. He'd like to have the transmission rebuilt but it's too much money. However, he can get a transmission from an E-250 van for a lot less and doesn't think it should be a problem. Does anybody know if this will work?
At least, I think that was the post...

Thread cleaned up.

Guys, please stop with the grammar/punctuation/spelling police routine and answer the OP's question.

Can a transmission from an E-250 be used as a direct replacement for an F-250 transmission?

There is actually a line between grammar **** and "I simply cannot read that". Pretty sure this is a textbook case of the latter.

However since you laid it out, im going to guess no, as most vans being 2wd have an intermediate tailshaft length, vs. pickups are either short (4x4) or long (2wd). At least thats how it goes in the OBS style. If the pickup is a single cab, i assume it could be a possiblity to have the intermediate length, but i doubt it.
