2000 Excursion missing

I just installed a new fuel pump about a month ago in my Excursion (V10) and today I started it in warm weather and it was missing real bad and did not get better when it got hot. The fuel pressure is 30 psi idling and about 25 psi after you get the RPM's up. This seems pretty low to me. What should it be? Where is the fuel pressure regulator located?

Oh sorry I posted from your title. I do not know either BUT seems very low. Some carb systems will run 15 psi.

Problem was a loose vacuum line to the PCV valve. Pressure went to 35psi under load.

Well 4 out of the 5 of my vehicles have had problems. The 5th is new. They all decided to give me grief at once.
