CA truck... How can I tell

Reading up on tunes and there is talk about CA trucks and issues with tunes... how can I tell if I have a CA truck before I order

Look on the fuel pump. If you have a damper (black disc) it's a Cali truck

Also Cali trucks have a blue sticker on the passenger side valve cover. Federal trucks are back (I believe).

Any place particular on the pump I should look? Is it a big disc or small disc?

Ok I'll check again in the morning. I was just in there sat. Rebuilding the turbo and all I saw was the fuel pump, 2 blue line, and 2 nipples on top
