Bad vibrations 2013 f350 (new tires)

So as usuall My luck with vehicles is a ****storm. I have a 2013 f350 4x4 diesel. I bought used with 80,000km on it.
Started getting a bad vibration in the steering wheel around 80km/h. went too ford and replaced the track bar ball joint and steering stabilizer. After that the truck drove perfect. The next day I went and put on my new rims and tires (used tires) 20" rims with 35x12.5 r20 amp m/t tires. They used beads too balence tires. I left the tire shop and the wobble was back, I went right back too the tire shop and they took the tires and rims off too inspect more and found that one tire had kind of a flat spot and uneven wear. So they put it on the back as too take away a little bit of the vibration, idea is too wear down that bad tire till the flat spot is gone, when I'm driving it at highway speeds it wobbles a little bit and those goes away and then comes back every 20 seconds or so, will this go away or do I need too replace that tire, buddy of mine told me too do a little burnout and maybe even out the tire a little bit but amazingly that didn't work...or could something else be wrong? Factory tires were 275/65/r20 That I had on before. Also the worst vibration is at 80km an hour but like i said it comes and goes. Will it get better?

I would not think it will get better. I also think that the bad tire is causing the problem. Did you do a plus size on the tires and wheels? if not than it may be the computer not reading the speed right.

Youre riding on worn out uneven 35 inch MT tires. Have you ever had MT tires before? The ride you are used to with the factory tires is not going to happen. There is going to be a little noise and vibration. They might get a little better after a few thousand rounds, and balance again when it's time to rotate.

If there are any good tire shops around you can have the tire trued. Spinning the tire isn't going to help you need to shave just the high part. Lot of vids on youtube

Are you sure you have the correct type rims for your truck? Some rims center on the hub, and some rims center on the lugs.

So oversized, used, unbalanced, flat-spotted tires, each containing a handful of solids, might be shaking, and everybody has done a good job of commenting on that.

I was thinking you weren't supposed to use beads on a wide tire and that was more suitable for a motorcycle, but you be the judge on that.

I will just mention that it comes and goes because two (or more) tires are shaking, and so when they get sync'ed up they shake more, and when they get opposite they shake less. The time it takes to cycle (20 seconds), to the degree that it's consistent, is caused by the difference in tire size. They're not exactly the same.

The balance beads are BS IMO. I put a set of well known high end brand new 285/16s on mine. The shop could not get them to balance. Went back 5x, 3 different balance machines including a big rig balancer, no go. This is an HD big truck shop not a big box place. The head tech took it out at try 5 and said "ya theres something wrong" He didnt even need to get it up to the speed where the vibe was. he felt it before I did and Im picky. . Put another brand of tire on it and it was day and night...silky smooth. So IMO you have bad tires.
