Well dang Benny. Hate to hear it's being a pain in the butt. As you know we've had some posters with repeated coolant issues after what sounded like solid repairs. I really think some of these trucks are more prone to corrosion issues for what every reason. If you decide to repair it,,,again,,, maybe a sacrificial anode would be worth some research. I remember seeing those often "back in the day" but it's not a common thing anymore.
One thing for sure, you know what parts you need and how to get 'r done.

I need to come up with a plan I think I will try reverse flush
It's only 30 days old

Does any one know if there would be harm done to gaskets if I dumped 3-4 gallon of simple green in it and run it then let it soak overnight and run it some more

I am shocked that it went that fast.
Stupid question maybe. Have you checked the water pump impeller
to make sure that it's not loose on the shaft?

Gold should not fail that quickly. EDIT : I see that you have Final Charge in the system.

If you do this job again it might be worth pulling the radiator and
having it cleaned. That way is there is crud hiding in there you don't
get it into a clean system.

With the EGR delete I wouldn't think the coolant is getting hot enough to cause the silicates to drop out of suspension. Are you thinking there is still some residual goo hiding in the system from before the first repair?

Rusty it has to be that or the pump impeller is slipping on the shaft.

Benny is that the original water pump in your truck or one of the metal ones?

Do the external cooler like I did and don't look back $500-$600 in parts and a Saturday !! Sorry Blade this sucks, but this is why I have never put a stock cooler back in these motors.

ECT looks good

The deltas was good for couple weeks after

I agree air to oil it's just a shame to have modify to that extent to make it work right

When I saw the flakes of junk back a month ago my heart sank I knew that stuff would keep coming

I flushed with vc-9
I knew my flush was a bust after I saw it wasn't corrosion or casting sand

Could it be crap stuck in the heater core and radiator tanks ?

That is why my thinking about having a shop clean the radiator.

I know it will cost in coolant but have you thought about trying to
back flush the cooler and just let it drop out on the ground from the drains?
Also if you can inject some air into the flushing water to make a lot
of turbulence to kick the crud loose.

You know I always believed in just flushing with water, with the thought the VC9 would loosen up too much crap, and always had good luck, try flushing with water only.

The last 2 oil coolers I have swapped I also did a radiator replacement. The bottom plastic tank holds a lot of sediment that doesn't normally come out on a flush.
