Probably a dumb question about upfitters.

Ok, so I installed a TBC and upfitters in my 06250SD. My question is this, since I can find the blunt cut wires and I see the relays in the fuse panel, would the harness already be installed in my truck or do I need to purchase one and install it? I know for the TBC the plugs were just hanging out behind the dash. Would it be a similar situation for the switch harness?

According to the info in this link, you will need part of the harness.
