I have a 2015 f-250 Lariat with the Navigation one touch screen.

I took the truck to the car wash and they cleaned the inside

Outside temperature used to display right next to the clock at the top of the navigation screen.

I have searched here
They say in the climate control screen press the EXT button, there isn't one

I have also checked clock settings.

I have checked the manual under: clock, outside temperature, temperature, climate.

The web site shows the one touch screen (not the navigation screen which is larger and different) (See Below)

 

Found it, the clock setting options display were messed up and I had to play around with the scroll bars to get the complete set of options for the clock to appear.

By scrolling down some of the options goes away and then by scowling back up the option to display the outside temperature appears, scowl down again and the option goes away but the outside temperature remains displayed.

An engineer must have designed this.

Note, you do not scowl to a new screen the option to turn on and off the outside temperature just appears in the middle of the screen (the screen for clock settings is not full to the bottom of the page).
