Pulled the hose off the intake side of the turbo to replace it and fix a leak, hose had oil residue in it and noticed there was oil on top of the motor on exhaust side of turbo as well

Whats the reason? And how do i fix?

 

Ccv ( crank case vent) some is normal but if you have severe blow by there will be mre than normal and you will have some blue smoke.
