In the process of doing that to my 99 but I'm using a 94 P Pump. What down pipe did you use? I cant decide whether I want to flip my manifold or buy a new one. (rather save the money)

Looks good!

Flipped the manifold and used a 4" turboback for a 6.0, the downpipe is 2 piece so I simply cut the flange off, rotated the downpipe and used a stainless band style exhaust clanp. One of the easier parts of the swap. Everything was pretty easy to tell you the truth. Yanking the 6.0 was the most work.

Do you like the electric fans? Any overheating issues?

No problems, I dont use it often. Plus the weather is pretty mild here. Ill know more this summer when I move to idaho, but I dont tow often or heavy. When I p pump Ill probbaly slide it back and run a mechanic fan just because. I was kind of in a hurry with this swap. Took a month working on it after work and weekends.

PS hose I got from DCS, just goes from Cummins pump to Ford hydroboost. For the price theres no point trying to make something work. AC lines I used the Dodge lines off the conpressor and spliced them to the Ford lines using standard crimp style AC fittings. High pressure is crimp to crimp abd low pressure is crimp to compression fitting to the Ford hard line.

Did you have to redrill mounts or cross member for this to work?

No, the conversion mounts bolt right in. Only thing I had to customize was downpipe (very easy), charge pipes, lower radiator hose, wiring and fuel lines. Maybe some small stuff, it was pretty straightforward. I did buy a good bit of conversion parts that were a no brainer considering the cost vs time spent to make it factor.
