Morning everyone.
Had a Blast with Dave and some of the VV4Ws on Sunday. We went and checked out the Mormon Well Road that goes from the 95 to the 93 through the Desert National Wildlife Refuge. One of the group brought and cooked lunch. He called it GourBQ. He had salmon, lobster tail, something like flank steak, sausages, and asparagus. Oh, and he had red and white wine. Got to go on more trails with that guy
Couple vids from the wash.

I can't wait to be able to do some of these trails. My cherokee sits in the garage waiting on parts ordered over the weekend. Hope to have it ready b the camping trip in 2 weeks. If not we will take the truck to the campsite at the top of the mountain and ride with Dave in the Bronco on the trails. Either way it will be a great time.

Happy taco Tuesday Nevada FTE and friends.
Greg, those vids are cool. No way I would attempt that second one though. LOL. Not in a mostly stock 97 Explorer 4x4 anyway. You keep posting these vids, and I may have to just go out and trade my Silver Bullet for a 4x4 Explorer and join you guys.
Jeep looks good with new shoes.

I was freezing my tookas off filming it. It was rain with ice pellets and a real nasty wind.
It was a great time even though the weather was a bit flaky.
Most of the parts I have ordered will here tomorrow. Once I get those installed I will know what I need to try and get from the pick a part yard. For sure need a battery tray and hold down. Cluster will have to wait a bit since we opted for new tires.

Good Mornin!
Pat; If this keeps up you will be mowing the yard this weekend
Greg; I remember that road looks like its gotten a little rougher in the last 15 years. But I don't recall a lunch like that when I was there. Sounds like a great day trip.

Morning everyone.
Wally, that was down in the wash where the 4x4 like to play. There is a bypass road that is a bit easier.
Pat, thanks. It was great fun. Since you have had all this great weather, how's the progress on the truck?
