Need help identifying a problem

As I'm driving down the highway my steering wheel tends to shake a little bit. My tires are fine but are offly loud . They are balanced and all but just sound loud u can hear them rolling inside the cab sounds maybe like if I had mud tires but I don't they are all terrains. . I was told maybe the bearings but I don't know. Can anybody help..

You will need to be a detective and investigate - inspect everything.

Tires and wheels have to be balanced, internal damage to belts can do this. Measure wheels for runout and trueness. Driveshaft imbalance can cause this, or worn suspension components etc.
