I doubt there are any aftermarket producers of the super duty cabs. If you want new, I think you would have to go through Ford. Be prepared to shell out a bunch of cash for it too. The easiest and most economical approach is to find a good condition used truck as a donor. I know that isn't what you want to do, but it is probably the most realistic option.

Why will you not buy a cab from a junk/parts yard? No reason you couldn't find a quality cab from a salt free state.

All these trucks that are being stretched to 6 doors and the "new" Excursion are using cabs from stripped used trucks.

I've seen them on Craigslist brand new from places that sell take off beds in Ohio. Correct me if I'm wrong but pretty much 99 thru 2016 cab never changed at least externaly and should work.

I was just about to mention this after viewing Tom's thread about his newly built stretch truck the other day.
The back end that was mated to the new Super Crew was indeed a salvage from an Excursion. https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...2016-f250.html
I don't think there's realistically anyone who reproduces Ford cabs. My thought here is that if a truck's cab is damaged badly enough to be replaced in an accident, insurance companies are likely to total it. If someone decides to fix such a truck they likely get another cab from a yard.

I agree with the others. I would think the chance that a complete new cab being sold as a replacement part by Ford would be practically nil. If it was not terribly damaged on a practically new truck, I can see it being repaired with new panels. Much more than that, the truck will be totaled anyway. I think you are chasing your tail trying to find a brand new cab, just isn't going to happen. It's a used one or nothing.
