I would like an oasis report please, can anyone help?

 

I tried to get one and even offered to pay for it with no success. I guess the maint histories have become a hush hush along with the taking the maint manuels off the availability.

 

Go to your dealer and ask them to pull it.

Got mine from the dealer. If the truck is more than 10 years old they only retain recall information. There are two OASIS reports, one for "Dealer eyes only" and one they can give you. If you have a pretty girl in your life she might have a better chance of getting the full OASIS, that's what I did, lol.

 

I have never heard of this report before I am assuming that it is a report showing all prior work done?

 

All prior work performed at a Ford service dept. Should include any recalls for your truck and if performed or not.

You can get an abbreviated OASIS using the FordPass smartphone app.

 

Just like Carfax, these things can be incomplete. If the truck ever had work done outside of the dealer network and didn't involve insurance, you'll never see that work was performed. My car shows it "needs" recall work done in thier system even though i did it myself and theres no way for them to mark it complete. If the next owner pulled a report on my car, they could end up having work done that didn't need it because of that. I think these reports are mostly scams, only people I know that go to a dealer for work are people with a warranty, after that's up they go to a local garage so they don't continually get bent over. If you can gey one for free, great, but I wouldn't pay for one.
