1996 7.3 coolant leak

On the lower side of the block, drivers side? I always call it the oil heater. At any rate, no coolant leak is normal. If it is in fact the oil heater, it probably leaks when it is cold. It has seals that go bad, and allow coolant to leak. On my 4x4, it wan't all that hard to remove and rebuild. The most challenging part was getting the cooler out after unbolting it. I understand it is a little more challenging in 2wd.
I think there is a thread with pictures that I referenced, If I come across it, I will post a link.

Also Riffraff (forum sponsor) sells the seal kit.
