PATS Key Programming with Auto Enginuity

I've been searching around here for information to program a PATS key and not having success.

I have a 2008 F-350 Super Duty King Ranch 6.4L Powerstroke. I purchased the truck a year and a half ago and only have one key for it that works. I have two spare keys that can unlock the doors and turn the ignition switch but it makes the security light very blinky and doesn't allow me to start the engine.

I recently purchased Auto Enginuity with Ford enhanced bundle (well, actually I went all out and got everything except Ferrari) and I thought it should be able to do it.

I can connect to the vehicle and in the "Special Options" it has the option "PATS Key Programming". So open that up and it says that it will require master key in ignition and security access which will take ten minutes to access. I already have the working key in it so I wait 10 minutes and then select "Program Additional Key". It briefly displays "Unlocking PATS" then immediately displays "Test Failed. Vehicle denied security access. Retry the operation." That's as far as it ever comes.

Am I doing something wrong?
