96 F350 CC PSD Like New - refresh & build

So this is going to be a refresh with NOS OEM parts & build thread.

I've built a lot of Jeeps but this is my first diesel build.
My wife DD's a 2003 Excursion with the 7.3 but its all stock besides the Ford AIS air filter system & 2" lift with stock 2008 20" wheels & 35" Michelins.

I've been looking for 4 years for clean Red CC OSB and this Truck is it !
Has 108K miles and has been garage kept very well cared for by the PO.
Automatic has been recently rebuilt.
Factory 4:10 gears

Original paint is in incredible condition, like new.
Except rock chips and 2 door dings. (PDR may get one of them out.)
Interior is minty mint as well.
Bed is also like new with very little use.

I have big plans for the truck.

1. Intercooler
2. 5" exhaust & downpipe
3. Custom interior with captains chairs, console & Bluetooth jam system.
4. Instead of traditional gauges want a tablet built into console.
5. 37" BFG's on Weld wheels with best ride as possible with leaf springs.
6. Find NOS Ford parts to refresh.

Looking for advice from y'all.

Enough intro & typing here she is:

Welcome to FTE! Nice truck! A lot of guys have used seats out of newer Super Duties for an interior up grade. Do you plan on doing any power upgrades, or leaving it all stock? Will you be towing much with it?

Thanks all for the welcome here.

This really is a truck of my dreams.

I will DD this truck on nice days, anyone can drive a new truck & they dime a dozen.
Family takes several trips pulling Jeep with a slide in camper to CO.
I have been looking at the wedge gooseneck trailers to haul 4 Jeeps at once. Truck already has a turnover gooseneck installed.

I found a junked OSB with captains chairs and electric rear sofa bed. ( wish I had that in high school ) New leather and foam and they would hunt.
Newer Super Duty seats are probably more comfy and have seat heaters & fan,
I suppose just need to fabricate new mounts.
Know of a good writeup for SD seat swap, like to see installed pics?

The truck has some kind of 6 position dial chip, has fast idle and I have it turned all the way up.
It needs tuning as transmission doesn't shift just right.

I'm going to get truck ready for more performance, so intercooler and 5" exhaust, but since it doesn't smoke on startup will wait for stage 2 injectors and fuel mods.
What is the CCV mod? Read some about needing if installing intercooler.

Truck has a RSK, I have a another thread going and Diesel Brad thinks it's a SKY kit with OSB springs. PO also removed front sway bar which I need with slide in camper.

Been trying to decide about PFW 4.5" RSK and which SD springs U or D to run 37" BFG's. Or keep the SKY and get OSB lift springs. The RSK needs to come off anyway to weld on receiver hitch and powdercoat as it's only thing on truck that is rusty.

Going to install the Warn transformer grill guard with 8274 winch while front end is apart.

Guess I'm going to do easy stuff first and post progress pics.

This early Bronco was my first ride circa 1985, learned how to wrench and modify at age 14.
Kept it all thru high school and first 2 years college... besides the Zapco amplifiers and 16 speakers... best mod was the A/C for parking

Yes, I'm on IFSJA same handle.
Wife named my Jeep hobby Red Mistress as I spend more time with Jeeps than her.
