SAMs club or Costco usually aren't too bad in price.

What size tires? I have a big fifth wheel and got Sailun S637's. Very heavy duty g rated tires. Ordered them online from simpletire.com.

These are comparable to Goodyear G614's but a fraction of the cost.

If you have smaller tires, Maxxis is the way to go.

Many folks find an LT tire that is close to the same size in diameter and cross section plus weight carrying capabilities. There have been way too many failures with trailer damage from using the infamous Tow Max and other Chinese made ST tires which seem to be marginal at best.

If you have 16" rims then I would cross shop to some LT e rated tires for the 5th wheel.

Lucky there was no damage to the trailer. Hope that you got a better price as you can do nothing with it till you get tires. Be sure to replace the spare as well.

Just went through this process myself. My opinion only, and you will find a myriad of opinions. If your weight rating can handle E load range tires, Michelin LTs appear to be the best value. G Load (which is what I needed) went with Sailun 637s. Great reviews from use and 1/3 the cost of Goodyear 617s. Simpletire.com has a great price.

Imo most folks think trailer tires are in execellent shape if they are black, round and hold air.

In that size I bet they are load range c tires if they came with the camper. I'd jump to e's and call it a day.

R E M My best advice would be to take a look at Rickson Wheel Manufacturing in Hunt Valley, Maryland. I bought by 5th wheel 17.5" trailer tires and wheels there as well as my 19"5" tires and wheels for my F350 SRW. Great to deal with.
