Lowest fuel prices I've seen in a while...
Obviously we all know how low gas/diesel prices have gone and who isn't loving it?!! Saw $1.93 today and I'm in NY with some of highest gas taxes in the nation.
I want to know where all the doomsday people went saying we would surely, no doubt at all, be at $10/gal gas right about now. I know the low prices won't last but I still think it was comical for people to think that gas would be $10/gal. Not happening. Can't happen. Simple economics.
No politics please. You know it's not permitted.

Definitely. It kind of feels like the price of super duties is going up as the price of fuel goes down too. Couple years ago, when fuel was $4+/gal you could buy a nice 6.0 for 10k. Now that fuel is $2/gal, the trucks are older and they are pulling 15k now!

Ended up driving home in a brand-new F150 instead. Low fuel prices definitely inflate the used truck market.

Fuel pricing is all over the place. The cash price places are low 1.40s by me. low 1.50s for credit. The Costco in Wharton is 1.42 credit. I wonder if the price will get any lower as we should start seeing the fuel change over and spring/summer pricing increase coming along. In NJ, there was some rumblings in increasing the fuel taxes since the price was so low.
