SES light diagnosis help

Ok truck has been running great and yesterday it stumbled going down the road.
SES light came on and truck ran poorly. My low fuel light was on but recently did Hutch/Harpoon.
Quarter mile later it hiccups and again, kinda felt like a lite jolt. The light goes off and she runs great again. Then this repeats several time.

Fueled up the truck and it still has same symptons.

This morning she barely started at 45 degree's OAT. 4th try I pushed gas pedal cause it was romping and it started. SES light was on and had rough idle.
Then it hiccuped and light went off and she is purring like a kitten.

ICP and IPR looked good on the Scanguage. I have no other scan device.

What to check first??

Water in Fuel light?

Fuel filter drain? Any water?

How does the fuel filter look? Black, bubbles, ? Last time you changed it?

Maybe something happened to the Hutch mod? Or wires to the fuel level sending unit?

Fuel pump running when you turn key to run without starting?

Throwing some things out there.

Can the Scangauge pull codes? There should be something stored regardless of whether the MIL is still lit up or not.

Ok I went to local shop and had them check codes. P1280 and he pulled ICP plug to inspect.
Oil was all over it. I did not have him change it. Ford ICP with pigtail and labor was gonna be $405.
Friend had an extra BWD ICP I put in. Cleaned plug up and she is fixed.
Thanks to SkySkiJason for the help today also.
Thank you for your suggestions above.
