fuel problem

my 96 explorer died today
it will not start
there is no pressure at fuel filter none on the valve at the fuel rail I tried changing the relay no luck
any ideas?
fuel pump sounds like the culperit

fuel problem

It has a red reset button. You can also pull the electrical connector near the tank and check for continuity on the two heavy wires. Should be the pink/black and black wires. The flow is battery > fuse > relay > inertial switch > motor > ground. And you can always hit the tank first. That can temporarily unstick the brushes in the motor.
