The one from Power Source even comes with the plugs installed and they line bore the camshaft journals and install their own cam bearings (original engines don't have cam bearings). Something to consider when thinking about your purchase.

Ford 5.4L Rebuilt engines available online from PowerSource
They are in Horn Lake Ms. right down the road from you.
I'm sorry this happened to you but a wise investment of funds on your part will give you a truck that should be very reliable and give many years of good use.
Good luck and please keep us informed as to how everything goes.

Well, I got the one from advancedenginex.com. I'll post a review on what they ship. Arrival date is set for 1 April..... Hopefully, the joke won't be on me. Supposedly it comes with plugs, Felpro gasket set, and a Melling oil pump. Also it has a 36 month 100k mile nationwide warranty. $2999

If any of you are still following this post, I got the truck back today. The only thing needed for the engine was a thermostat, gasket, thermostat housing, and fluids. The motor sounds great and runs real strong. When I got home, I decided to move the truck so I could complete some chores. My starter (used from the last engine) is trying to go out. No real issue there. I can fix that, but still not the new motor though. The dealership wanted to know where I got my information for my engine replacement, so I recommended the forum.
Now on to the rest of the list....
1.Tires
2.Head light, tail light, grill replacement
3. Running boards
Hit me up if you have any suggestions.

The starter seems to be fine now. Maybe it was a fluke.
