New Door Logo

Just had a logo painted on the doors of my '39. Wanted it to look like it might have been back in the day. McPeak Painting and Pinstriping in Riverside did a great job IMO. Can't decide to leave it as it is or take it back in a couple of weeks once the paint has hardened and have it dulled up a bit.

Nice looking rig but I see what your saying with the signage. I think I would get the painters to dull it out to make it match the rest of the truck.

My vote is to leave it as is. The background of the sign shows that it was sanded before the sign painting. However, if it would have been painted on the original green I would scuff it up a little.

I like it! Park it in the sun for a year, it will fade nicely.

I've heard you can rub with some corn meal to age it
