Slight miss and stutter

I own a 1999 f250 super duty 7.3...with that being said it has a slight miss...when truck was bought has a long list of new parts including glow plugs injectors but I'm not sure about a oil change I have read that needing a oil change could cause it to have a miss...needing help.. Thanks in advance

How old and what type of oil are you running? What type of diagnostic equipment do you have for it, if any?

Change it and the fuel filter unless you have receipts showing they were done recently. What climate are you in?

Okay, you may want to look into going with Synthetic 5W-40 oil too. It is much easier to start in the mornings when the truck has been sitting. Most of us use Shell Rotella T6. Tractor Supply and Walmart have it for the best prices consistently. I believe it's $21.26 a gallon in my area at Walmart.
