Hi, just for my curiosity. Can someone explain when a truck sticker displays this? what exactly does it mean. Does it mean that the 650lbs Payload is added to the actual normal 17xx payload of the truck as an addon option, or does it mean that the trucks 17xx normal payload is now just 650lbs? Very confused, sorry. Thanks in advance.

 

You got me. I just had to laugh because the SCAB Raptor payload is 950lbs. I didn't think ANY F150 had less capacity.

If I'm calculating that right which it would make sense, its extra package for extra or additionally to regular Payload any truck in f150 series is rated at. However I'm not sure that's right. Might just call ford lol

 

Look at the yellow sticker in the drivers door jamb. That will have the payload for that truck as equipped.

I've never heard of the 650lb package ....

 

That's the European version where everybody is skinny. We need more payload here.
