toyota steering box question

Basically I have 2 questions...

1. What steering box is used on the 57-60 truck, and what parts are needed to connect the stock steering colum to the toyota steering box?

2. Where do i get the bracket to adapt the toyota box to fit on my truck?

toyota steering box question

Do a search on this board for a toyota power steering box. There is also a couple of tech articles on the subject. I know that bobsf100 has the part you need, but it may be different for a 1960.

Best bet is to do a search.

Lightbulb toyota steering box question

55forder, I would suggest that you look at the Mid-Fifty catalog and check out their v shaped bolt on bracket. I just purchased this setup. Use a 79-84 4wd Toyota steering box (must come from a solid axle truck). They also have parts to convert your stock column. Cost of bracket and pitman arm= $194.00 plus ship.
