.40vdc as measured right at the sensor yet reports "higher than closed limit of .67vdc" KOEO once it gets over to pin #27 for that same circuit.

There is something to be said for being able to hear it and see what happens when_____ up close and in person. that aspect just isn't there in this setting.

What next, the fact the voltage is different, your meter says one thing the computer something else isn't important so much in of itself for that sensor, what is important is what is causing it if that is accurate.

Problem I have is it should measure the same at both ends of the circuit, .40vdc at the sensor end .40vdc at the end of that same wire over at the computer.

Voltage reading being different at both ends of the same wire just isn't very likely, not saying your test is wrong or your meter is wrong but same time wanted to point that out.

Get that same value at pin 27 over at the computer with your meter yet still get code 34 KOEO? something is screwing with the computer or it has its own set of problems.

That's what's messing with me that test are coming up like there suppose to but still have these probs. Do u think it might be the computer itself?

Yes "history" helps, Myself I had been working on the assumption it had been driven daily or close to it and this was a new problem that just came up. Ran fine one day went to use it later that day or the sometime in the next few days that followed to find it wouldn't start and run right.

How long has it been sitting and how old is the fuel in the tank?

If unsure take the gas cap off and smell it, does it smell like normal gasoline as you'd expect? or does it smell rather nasty like lacquer instead?

The fuel isn't a problem then, march so sound like it could have sat for quite a while.

Yea the computer is suspect at this point, pull it out and take a look at it.

Looks for this sort of thing,

https://www.google.com/search?q=eec+...w=1120&bih=523

First couple of pictures showing the leaking blue capacitors on its main board.

Finding no visual damage doesn't automatically mean its "good" but its a starting point with it.

Ill take a look. I was looking around online just in case and seen them refurbished for around $100 or less Cause I don't see how all these sensors and parts can be testing right but not working and it ran fine last time I used it

Cleaned every electrical conection possible and blew out the vaccum lines for egr. Guess something might have been stuck in there

What connections did you clean? listing them and in detail would very likely help someone else finding your thread.

Something suck in the vac lines for the EGR system, blocking the porting for the egr valve off would have brought something like that to the forefront.

IE: something holding the valve open when it should be closed. Temporarily blocking one off is the simplest way to prove or disprove that, you did so and then stated it had no effect.

Cleaning those connections had to be what corrected the problem, question is what connections?
