Idi e4od converter help!

Can anyone tell me if I need a low stall triple disk or non low stall convertor for my 94 e4od idi factory turbo?

Race truck- higher stall means more rpm to spool turbo and launch.

Work truck- low stall utililizes torque and doesn't make you rev all over the place which means better driveability and fuel economy.

1500ish stall for turbo. Low stall for NA
