Can't you just brake drag with a TrueTrac to create false traction in 0 traction scenarios?

Not sure what "false traction " is but yes you can modulate your parking brake to
Get the LSD to transfer power to the other side. How well it works depends on the situation and your skill at doing it. It can get complicated when you are trying to navigate your vehicle away from impending doom and destruction while trying to steer, brake, accelerate and manage traction on front and rear axles all at the same time. Always seems to work great when you practice on flat and level ground though. LOL

False traction is fooling the LSD into thinking one side has more than 0% traction by braking.

why would you buy a "traction device" to have to trick it with the parking brake like a open differential?

because you want a simple, more reliable LSD that isn't a full locker that works in 99.9% of the situations i'm gonna be in.

Locker or nothing if your going to spend over $150 to add a traction device IMO
