Cancer is a terrible thing to have to fight.

I wondered why he had stopped producing new videos a few years back

So sorry to hear this. Condolences to his friends and the entire Bunn family.

His videos were well done and straight to the point, I know he helped me several times. I hope it is a comfort to everyone who knew him that his videos are out there still helping people he didn't even know.

In one of his videos he shows how to remove the turbo without
doing a hair pulling workout. Very few people get to leave behind
that type of legacy.

Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us all. I appreciate those who give knowledge instead of hoarding it... It's the marker of a good person.

I've referred countless people to Rusty's videos. He will be remembered fondly and with great respect.

A note on his Facebook page suggests that he thinks that years of breathing diesel exhaust may have contributed to his cancer. Especially for those of you with shops, please install and use the exhaust extraction systems. It's an extra minute to connect that could add years and years to your life.

May he rest in the peace and love that only our good Lord provides.

I really enjoyed watching him work.
He had a wonderful humility about him.

What a darn shame. His videos helped me understand the 6.0 and gave me the confidence to work on it. He patiently explained what he was doing and even provided the torque specs for each and every bolt. It's an awe inspiring experience to watch his videos knowing that a lot of hard work and dedication was required to make things look so easy.

RIP Rusty

He is the reason why I learned about 6.0 and got me to work on my own truck. Will continue to watch the videos. Thanks again.
