2000 f350 xlt 4wd dually 7.3 crew cab

I just bought a "new to me" truck. I have been a member of the site for a few years but this is the first diesel truck that I have ever had. I am doing a few fixes and upgrades to it but I had a question about rims and tires. I bought the truck to tow my fifth wheel. I plan on putting leveling springs on the front. My question is if I do that what height tire/wheel can I run on it? I am willing to buy spacers or whatever I need to. The tires are nearly shot and I don't care for the factory 16" rims. Also, I would like at least an AT on the tire because I may want to go somewhere off the pavement. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

I forget what size a dually has stock but you could run 265/75r16, a 255/85r16, 285/75r16 with a level kit. The 265 and 255 will clear without rubbing in the rears a 285 might need a spacer

Thanks for the info SuperDutyScaler! After some though I think I will keep my factory rims and just put some new tires on it.
