C & F Is the glass the same?
Hi all,
My artist has my 1955 C600 COE truck in his paint shop. All the glass is coming out. I dont want to put the 60 year old stuff back in. Does the pick up (F) and the CAB OVER ENGINE (C) use the SAME Glass? I cant get anyone to answer (yet). What parts book would show this answer? I dont like the "order it and send it back if its wrong" answer. HELP!!!!

Thanks Garry..it's going great dmv registered my truck! I found the frame vin....wow is that precarious. ..not very deep stamp marks on the frame. My frame is very clean this truck has lived a sheltered life previously it's very clean. Those marks were obviously never that pronounced. I'm sure dmv "classified" this C600 wrong. The dmv lady isuing the license plate only gave me ONE license plate like a semi tractor gets. "Your classification only gets one plate not two" I didn't fight it and am happy its registered now. I don't think there is a negative in what was done..if so I'm sure it can be fixed later. I have enough proof that I haven't changed anything since their inspection that would make it a different classification. I'm in the process of separation from my tool franchise affiliation. That has been stressful. I've found a slide mechanism for my 8kw diesel generator that will power all the store needs inside the box should have that assembly in 10 days then need to plumb that in. I also need to figure out how to rig up the a/c for the box. The isuzu donor truck utilized an under the hood engine driven compressor for the big condenser unit mounted on the box. I want whatever compressor is used to be spin independent of my truck's engine. I don't plan to idle this truck''s Y block engine to power the store''s electric or a/c needs. Any suggestions on what to do there? I do have the a/c compressor out of the diesel Isuzu donor some electric compressor? I'll have plenty of electricity available.
