1963 F250 4x4 front clip install

The 1963 F250 that I purchased has the cab and bed already mounted and all of the paint work has been done. However, I still have to mount the outer and inner fenders, core support, hood and doors. Does anyone have any exploded view diagrams of how everything goes together as well as advice on the easiest way to mount everything. I know its just nuts and bolts, but since I'm not the one that pulled it apart, I'm at a little of a disadvantage. I just ordered the shop manual on CD ROM but it has not shown up yet and I don't know for sure whether or not it will cover everything. I have the new core support mounts, but I'm not sure what else I will need other than the hardware (ie: butyl rubber for where metal touches metal etc.) I also believe that there are some rubber straps that run from the firewall to the fenders...but I'm not sure what they are all about. As always; thanks in advance for any and all help.

Here's a shot from the 1964-1972 MPC for the fenders, aprons and core support.

You might want to get yourself a copy of the earlier 1957-1963 CD-ROM so you can research some for yourself.

Thanks, I appreciate it. I just ordered the 1961 shop manual as well as the 196-1963 shop manual supplement on CD ROM. Hopefully it shows up tomorrow or the next day. Thanks again.

The shop manual isn't bad and worth the investment. But, what I was referring to and posted a picture of is the Master Parts Catalog. It comes at things from a different angle than the shop manual.

TA455HO,

Thanks for the info. I'll get online now and try to find one. I have a feeling having an IPC will be much better than the shop manual.
