To understand if your spark is strong enough...listen to it. https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...l#post15982940

That thread also has a lot of good info for testing the coil

after replace the coil and the control module and throttle switch was no change I took the sparkplug out and clean them it started seams that's running rich I try to start again and it didn't start so I switch to the front tank (empty tank) and it started so became clear that the truck is flooding on start and getting too much gas, I run it for a wile and get the codes from the dash and I got 116 116 154 254 354 254 3 ECT out of self test range 0.3 to 3.7 volts., could not find 154 254 354code on the book,

any help would be appreciated

I had a real problem with my F-250 trying to die all the time and hard to start. It turned out that my truck has an alternator with a built in voltage regulator and the regulator was defective .

Note the 118 and others will stay in CM memory for 60 start ups or until you clear the codes in CM.

Yes, ground the STI wire and when the MIL (CEL) starts flashing a code in the cluster remove the ground from the STI wire and then turn off the key.
The codes will be cleared.

I replaced it with a Motorcraft and now I am getting 1.5 at zero and 4.5 at full throttle. Should I get concerned with the zero throttle setting?

it doesn't NEED to be at a certain voltage. The truck sets the base line of the TPS voltage every time the ECU is turned on.

Problems are when the voltage is not reported back to the ECU correctly...maybe it doesn't change or the voltage jumps. The ECU uses the TPS voltage to control the part throttle flag and go into dashpot and part throttle spark control. When it can't calculate this correctly the motor can run bad.
