Adding OEM Cruise Control to a 2015 Transit Connect

I purchased a 2015 Transit XL that came without cruise control. I was able to locate a used steering wheel with the factory controls on it. The steering wheel was installed and the controls do light up. What else do I need to add or change to complete this installation?

If it's like the SD line you'll have to take it into your dealership and have them reprogram the computer. You've gone as far as you can DIY. Let us know how it goes!
