Lifter cover gasket torque spec?

I have a 94 F150 with the 300 I-6 and the lifter cover gasket needs to be replaced. What is the torque spec to tighten? I know they dont get tightened very hard.

Not too much. Moderately tight with a 1/4 drive ratchet or nut driver.
