ladder bars

I have a 1996 f150 on 35s, 4'' inch body lift with a 1996- 302 crate motor aluminum heads mild cam 340HP and the truck still has the original 8'' inch( I beleave) Rear end.My question will the bolt on ladder bars for the rear fix the whole rear end from twisting(axle rap) everytime I shift I feel it jump trying to twist.Or do I need to do some wielding, brackets and such, the bolt on ones look cheesey, feel like I cant even do a donut that sucks .
