Cam and lifter set was $115. Plus a timing gasket set, some RTV, and I opted to replace the water pump at this time. So all that, plus new oil and filter twice, and I'm looking at right around $200 for the whole fiasco to be solved. Not too bad. The downtime is whats bothering me. I like driving my truck.
