Blue spring upgrade? Cac boots? Not a diesel mechanic. I have a basic harbor freight scan tool(limited live data). No Dtc at all. I bought the truck in Texas drove it home to Florida trannny gave out in Alabama. Put a transmission and torque converter in it now I'm having problemTranny felt like it was bad again but turned out to be fuel filters and air in system. Now it has no power.

your going to need one of these;A device to read live data, like Scan Gauge II or Torque Pro for Android.
Probably a leaking High Pressure Oil system, without a gauge, your guessing. Blue spring is an upgrade to boost fuel pressure, at 45psi or lower, that truck will eat the injectors.
After a filter change, cycle the key at least three times before starting to remove air, pump can be heard, let it run until it shuts off, cycle key and go again. If no luck and it just runs, I'd take filters off, make sure you didn't catch an o-ring and make sure theirs no air leaks around the filters/caps.

yes, they carry the Blue Spring Upgrade at the dealer or you can order it on-line from a site sponsor here.
A small dip is ok and most trucks at WOT get down around 50psi... but anything under 45psi, as stated above, could be bad for injectors.
AND find that dongle, you need to look at HPO system pressure and a few other things to narrow it down.
